His focus is on enabling enterprises to gain full control over their data and to introduce AI gradually and securely.

Managing Director & CPO

As Managing Director & Chief Product Officer, Collin is responsible for the company's product and AI strategy, as well as consulting. With over 20 years of AI experience, starting as a lecturer at the Technical University of Berlin, he drives innovative approaches and the development of core components. His focus is on creating a platform that ensures technological sovereignty and flexibility for customers.

Boris Sirota

COO

As COO, Boris is responsible for the company's operational processes. He actively supports companies in configuring and integrating Hainzelman solutions into their IT systems and ensuring smooth operation. With a degree in computer science and over 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur and in the development and maintenance of complex IT systems, he ensures the solid technical foundation of the Hainzelman platform. 

Davor Tarandek

CTO

As CTO, Davor is responsible for software architecture, leads the development team and shapes the technological future of the company. He has been developing complex software systems since his youth and ensures that they are scalable, high-performing and secure. He also ensures that Hainzelman can be integrated into customers' systems in a standardised and modular manner.
