Where the name comes from
In the legend of Cologne, the Heinzelmännchen came while everyone slept and finished the work that had been left undone. By morning everything was ready, and nobody had seen them do it.
That is what our name refers to. Our AI employees take on the recurring tasks that never quite fit into the working day: preparing quotations, sorting receipts, answering routine questions, writing reports.
There is one difference to the fairy tale. With the Heinzelmännchen, nobody knew what had happened during the night. With us, every action is recorded in a log, and anything that leaves the company is approved by a person.
The name is spelled with an a, by the way: Hainzelman.
The team
We combine expertise from enterprise architecture, AI development and business practice. Our interdisciplinary team understands complex system landscapes as well as operational requirements, and translates them into solutions that work. As an AI company from Schleswig-Holstein, we work above all for SMEs in northern Germany and the Hamburg region.
As Managing Director & Chief Revenue Officer, Robin is responsible for business, finance and sales. With years of entrepreneurial experience, he ensures AI solutions are integrated into company processes in a practical, efficient and seamless way, focused on giving SMEs full control over their data and a gradual, secure AI rollout.
As Managing Director & Chief Product Officer, Collin is responsible for product and AI strategy as well as consulting. With over 20 years of AI experience, including as a lecturer at TU Berlin, he drives innovative approaches and the development of the core components, for a platform that secures customers’ technological sovereignty and flexibility.
As COO, Boris is responsible for operational processes and supports companies with the configuration, integration and smooth operation of the Hainzelman solutions. As a graduate computer scientist with over 15 years of experience developing and maintaining complex IT systems, he ensures the platform’s solid technical foundation.
As CTO, Davor is responsible for the software architecture, leads the development team and shapes the company’s technological future. He ensures the systems are scalable, performant and secure, and can be integrated into customers’ systems in a standardised, modular way.
